2. Quotations
- All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.
- Quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
- We will seek approval before proceeding with any additional chargeable work.
3. Deposits
- We reserve the right to request a deposit before scheduling work.
- Deposits secure your booking date.
- Materials may be purchased in advance based on the agreed project.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled start date.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.
- For larger projects, staged payments may be required.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- We may suspend services until outstanding balances are cleared.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice.
- Late cancellations may incur a charge.
- We may reschedule due to illness, emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the required work.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or approvals.
- Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas.
We are not responsible for damage to items left in active work areas.
7. Scope of Work
- Our services cover only the work explicitly agreed in writing.
- Additional requests may require a revised quote and extra charges.
- Verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
8. Materials
- Ownership transfers to the customer once full payment is received.
- Material costs may vary due to supplier pricing.
- We may substitute materials of equivalent quality if necessary.
- If customers supply materials, we cannot guarantee their quality or suitability.
9. Workmanship
- We aim to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Any issues must be reported within 7 days of completion.
- We will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify verified issues.
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Work altered by third parties
10. Liability
- We take reasonable care while working on your property.
- We are not liable for pre-existing defects or structural issues.
- We are not responsible for hidden problems that become visible during work.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Property Conditions
- Some work may create dust, noise, or disruption.
- Customers should make reasonable preparations before work begins.
12. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Supplier delays
- Traffic disruptions
- Material shortages
- Emergencies
We will communicate delays where possible.
13. Termination of Services
We may refuse or terminate services if:
- Working conditions are unsafe
- There is abusive or threatening behaviour
- Payment terms are not honoured
Customers remain responsible for work already completed.

We are committed to customer satisfaction.

15. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
